The Background
Harry and Louis Mushatt were pharmacists whose family originated from Lithuania and settled in the Liberties area of Dublin, Ireland at the end of the 19th century. They developed a keen interest in conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis, and soon became famous for their hands-on approach to compounding and producing formulations which helped with a variety of skin conditions.
