How can I pay for my order?

Is it safe to use my Credit Card on

Yes. We use industry standard encryption for all transactions. Your personal information is safe & secure at all times. We do not store your credit card numbers after you place an order.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Yes. Shipping and handling charge will be calculated based on your zip code before you finalize your purchase.

How long before I get the products?

Delivery time will depend on which method of shipping you choose during the checkout phase. Orders received will be processed and shipped with two business days.

Package tracking information will be made available when available. In the event that a product is out of stock or is back ordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.

Will I be able to track my shipment?

We will send you an email with a tracking number when the shipment leaves our warehouse, when it is provided to us, for the shipping method you choose.

What happens if the products are damaged when I receive them?

Should our products be damaged when you receive them, retain a copy of the shippers delivery documentation and notify us immediately at or call 1-800-642- SKIN (7546) within one business day of delivery receipt. We will promptly refund the purchase price upon receipt from you of proof of purchase and delivery and upon returning the damaged products.
